The fourth Canterbury Truffle Festival – July 14th to July 29th 2018
This year’s celebration of the peak of the truffle season will be held over three weekends and two weeks in late July. Canterbury’s truffle growers, chefs, restaurants and top wineries will be working together to create a food and wine extravaganza to remember.
The festival is designed to give everyone a chance to taste truffles, and discover why they’re such a wonderful gourmet experience. There will be something for everyone, from the first time truffle taster to the aficionado, and a chance to learn how and why they’re doing so well in Canterbury.
The Canterbury Truffle Festival is a food and wine event which celebrates the coming of age of the New Zealand truffle business and is set to become one of New Zealand’s premier gourmet experiences — underlining Canterbury’s fast-rising status on the global food and wine map.
