There’s no doubt that Chef Michael and the team at the Tannery will transform simple ingredients into dishes that will leave truffle lovers reminiscing for a long time to come. The evening is about sharing the experience, so come prepared to wine and dine with like minded foodies in a social shared table setting.
Each course will be matched with a wine from renowned winery Waipara Hills.
