Growers and local chefs will be teaming up at select Canterbury markets to bring you a taste of truffle delicacies. Both Perigord black and bianchetto white truffles will be on offer, in tasty dishes prepared by some of our top chefs, to see and sniff fresh truffles (and buy, if you like), and if your lucky other tantalising truffle products. But you will have to be in quick… we sold out last year!

Come meet local truffle growers Jax and Gareth at this small and relaxed country market. Joined by well known local chefs (either Kate McMillan or Alex Davies) serving up their own rustic truffle dishes so you can get a chance to taste and compare all three truffle types – Perigord Black, Burgundy and Bianchetto. Also get the chance to purchase your own fresh truffle and truffled eggs to accompany other market purchases.
